Unworn tees and unused pet accessories can be returned within the standard return window. Here is how eligibility, size exchanges, and refunds work.
How it works
Exchanges and refunds, step by step
1. Request a return
Contact support with your order number and the item you want to return or exchange.
2. Pack the item
Repack tees and accessories in their original condition, with all tags and parts included.
3. Receive your refund
Refunds go to your original payment method after we inspect the returned item.
Eligibility
What we can accept back
Standard return window applies to unworn tees and unused pet accessories. Items must be in resaleable condition.
Apparel and accessories
T-shirts must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with tags attached. Size exchanges are supported with step-by-step instructions from support. Pet accessories must be unused and clean, with original packaging where it was supplied.
Refund timing
Refunds are credited to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected. Your bank may take additional time to show the credit.
